Aftering installing printers in Windows 7 using Server 2008 R2 Preferences, where in the registry do I find the keys for the installed printers? Thank youSean Kenny

That is not the place to look for installed printers. Better to use the control panel or write a program to enumerate them. I want to know where in the registry one would find the existence of an installed printer on a Windows 7 machine in the process of troubleshooting the installation of printers carried out by group policy preferences.Sean Kenny

I have code to read the registry but I have not used it for devices although there is no reason why it could not. My suggestion is to browse the registry with REGEDIT and see if you can find the printer you are after. IF you do I can write a program for you to check it out.
