Where can I get ACTUAL help for a hijacked Hotmail Account?
My Hotmail account was hijacked and now a spammer has changed my password and my security questions so that I cannot get into my account. I have submitted requests for help on 5 MS Live Forums (including this one), with no response from Microsoft on any of them.I have submitted the verification questions at least 3 times following the "Account Compromise - Unauthorized Account Access" process and have received no reply there. I have tried to log into the links provided by the verification page and get an error message saying that it cannot find the information. Is anyone doing anything about these hijacked accounts? This cannot be normal that 80-90% of the forum items are about hijacked accounts. Sounds like we need a class action lawsuit against Microsoft for perpetration and compliance to fraud. If there is anyone who can help me resolve my issue with the hijacked account so that I can get into the account to delete my contact list and get my personal emails back, I would really appreciate it.1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi, PCTemp99.I am sorry, but we cannot help you restore your account. Instructions for compromised Hotmail accounts are available at “What to do if you think your account has been stolen ”. After you get this problem resolved, as a precautionary step, it is advised that Windows Live Hotmail passwords be changed every 90 days. Instructions for changing your password as well as getting a refresh reminder are available in “Let Hotmail Remind You To Refresh Your Passwords Every 72 Days ”. Also, be sure to make it a secure password.
