Where are my backups?
When I right-click on my C: drive in Windows Explorer and choose "Properties", under the "Previous Versions" tab I see my restore points or backups under the heading "Folder versions". Now, when I highlight one of the versions and click on "Open" I see the contents of one of the versions. This opens another window of Windows Explorer. However, in the address bar I see the following: "Network > localhost > c$ > OS (C:) ( a date ) > ". My question is: where is this location? I have a standalone computer and no home network of any kind. Thank you in advance.

What are you using for backup program? It may be an internet storage locker? Via one of your programs? Check your back up configuration and find out how it is set. Also if you are using trial programs You are kinda limited in settings. Restore points are not the same as backup, Restore point is created when your pc is going to update config. Windows auto prompts. Backup and system recovery you need to set up and set routine, when and were.
