Where's Adaptive Load Balancing (and/or 802.3ad) support?
I can't install Intel Proset to set up Lan Teaming. What's the solution?

i don't believe load balancing is a feature set of vista, it really isn't ment for that kinda of application, you would be better off with a server product for that

Are you accessing the server locally (or KVM) or from a remote desktop client?
