MS said they would release WinHlp32 . exe for Windows 7 once the RTM was released. It's been out for awhile now, when will they make WinHlp32 .exe available?

At this time, there is no WinHlp32.exe download available for Windows 7. However, a download for Windows 7 will be offered after the RTM versions of these products are available to public (October 22, 2009).Carey Frisch

Thank you Carey. I figured once the RTM was available to OEM it would be made available. Public availability makes sense I guess. What do I have to do so I receive E-mail notices when a response is made to a thread I started or posted in? I already have the Alert me when someone responds to this post box checked.
