When I attempt to upload pictures  or files online like to my Mail chimp email account , my computer restarts eery time. I switched browsers same problem. i have a 12 ram windows 8.1, 1tb hard drive nvdida gefroce GT 635. thank you.

This issue can be caused if the 3rd part add-on or security application crash the system when trying to upload files.

If you have any IE security add-on like Norton, AVG, please remove it to see if we can fix this issue.

If the issue still persists, please open IE with No add-on, and then start the add-ons one by one to check which one cause the issue.

For further research, please post back the event log and minidump file.
