When on a web site and want to email information from the site, outlook express pops up. When I try to send the email an error message saying hotmail refused my request and it just will not send out? Suggestions? Thanx

The problem is likely that Outlook Express cannot use the old protocol it used to use to access Hotmail. You need to configure a POP account for Hotmail if you intend to keep using it.
