When my windows desktop come up, I have recently started having it show a Windows Installer pop up and then Sonic Activation Module pop up. I cancel, but it keeps coming back. I don't know how I got this and don't know how to get rid of it! It eventually goes away if I keep hitting cancel. Then the next time I turn on my computer it's back again

Refer the section “Steps to configure Windows to use a Normal startup state” 2. This might be a issue if you have sonic application installed on the computer. Try uninstalling the program from the computer and check the results.
