I have tried (repeatedly) all the "fixes" you suggest. As usual, nothing works-now what? Your software is pricey based on the amount of grief I'm getting from this issue. FIX IT ONCE AND FOREVER!!! Enough with the runarounds. Time to make it right....I hear Apple calling loudly!!!
