Hello sadye,Please always state your Windows version, and especially here, your Internet Explorer version.From main IE menu, Help > About. Disable the options "Automatically detect settings" and "Use automatic configuration script."To do this:1. Open Internet Explorer.2. Click "Tools ," and then click "Internet Options ."3. Click "Connections ," and then click "LAN Settings ."4. Make sure the check boxes for "Automatically detect settings" and "Use automatic configuration script" arenot selected.5. Apply changes & OKand thenOn the Advanced tab , click Reset .In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset to confirm.Do a full scan with your antivirus and antimalware program to insure all is clear.HTHMaurice N ~ MVP
