When contacting your support team, reference error ID 603 (source ID 239) - What is this?
I am having issues with my LYNC and am wondering what this error message refers to and how can I fix it?

This could be a misconfiguration of the Lync media gateway and you get a SIP response 603

Do you have more details, when this will happened and how you lync enviroment looks like?

Hi,
Would you please elaborate when the issue happen (during Lync meeting or IM)?
The 603 error in Lync mostly related Conferencing service unavailable, if you receive this message during Multiple IM session,please check if your Front End server is in lower resource such as CPU usage,Memory or network latency.
Also make sure all Lync Services started.
