Please be more detailed in describing your problem. Are you using some application when it happens? What do you mean by "opening" and "underlined word"? Hi Brian,I tried to reply yesterday, but the screen kept disappearing!I'm still losing all attachments and hyperlinks. I noticed that the minute I try to open one, the internet access goes off the screen immediately and all I have left is Outlook Express and the email that I was trying to open!Same thing happens with emails that have hyperlinks. For example, if a cruise company sends an email and has several offers, if I click on one, the intenet access disappears and the link won't open.Thanks so much for your help,Mrs. J
