When I try to open Help and Support I get a Help and Support Error stating: Windows cannot open Help and Support because a system service is not running. Try this Got to Start > Run in the box type SERVICES.MSC click OK the Services console will come up Find the Help & Support service, and right-click on it - select Properties. Make sure that the Startup type is set to Automatic. click Apply, the Start, then OK I'd be a little concerned as to why the service was switched off - have you run Anti-Virus scans lately?
