Hello, I have an Asus G75VX and my OS is Windows 8.1.
I've been having some problems a month ago and a blue screen with the error "0xc000021a". When I restart it, it gives me 3 seconds to skip a repair and scan. It it starts scanning, it goes for some time and after that the screen turns black, so I
have to restart it. I skipped the automatic repair and scan the last time and that's how I can use the laptop right now. Is this a software or hardware problem? Is there any update to solve this problem?
