Hello, I have an Asus G75VX and my OS is Windows 8.1.

I've been having some problems a month ago and a blue screen with the error "0xc000021a". When I restart it, it gives me 3 seconds to skip a repair and scan. It it starts scanning, it goes for some time and after that the screen turns black, so I have to restart it. I skipped the automatic repair and scan the last time and that's how I can use the laptop right now. Is this a software or hardware problem? Is there any update to solve this problem?

Is there any windows or SW update or SW installation before this issue happen?

Did you try to backup from external HDD to this laptop?

We need dump file for detail checking.

Most of the case like this cause by 3rd party SW

But lets confirm it and try to solved it after you share dump file

We do need the actual DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.   We prefer at least 2 DMP files to spot trends and confirm the cause.

If it happened on Windows to Go, please insert it to another computer to see whether it can work fine.
