When I create a new folder in Windows Explorer, I hit F5 to refresh the screen, the folder disappears. If I try to create the same one again, I get a message that I already have a folder by that name. It is nowhere on my computer. I conducted a search for it & it's not there.1 person needs an answerI do too

R.click on the desktop,properties,desktop,customize,web,locate & check the box "lock desktop items" close out when thru.
