When I click on an attachment in my Live mail, it does not download. The dialog box for "open" and "save" and "cancel" does not appear.

When receiving attachments in my mail, I cannot save these attachments to my hard drive.1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi Duamat, Thanks for posting. What is the error? Please paste the error log: - Go to Start / Run - Type eventvwr - In event log go to Windows Registry / Application - Sort by Date - Double Click and copy the log and details After you have done this please disable any virus scan or email scanners that you may be using. If you still cannot connect then try to uninstall your virus and email scanners. Please let us know if this resolves the issue. Hope this helps!
