When I click on a program or subject, a hand with a flash comes up. The statement with says I need to hold down ctrl and click. How can I fix this?
I didn't have to do this before but this started a week or so ago. I have a Toshiba, 2006 with Windows XP Sp 3. The only thing different that I can think of is that I needed help to get it connected to the wireless service to get online. This didn't seem
to be a problem.
I hope you can help me. I do have IE8 as well.
