What time will the student download for Windows 7 be available?
I was wondering if I will receive an email at midnight to download or will the emails be spaced out throughout the day tomorrow?

Does that equate to a UK release time of 4:00pm, or are the releases staggered so we'd get it at 8:00am our time here?

I also want to know this. Am I not going to get access to my download (UK) until 4pm tomorrow? This would royally suck because my Internet decides to slow to a crawl between 4 and 11pm :( VERY disappointed with the lack of communication from Microsoft store on this. Way to spoil the party, not exactly the best way to start my experience with your flagship product.

...So this is Microsoft's fault?, that it happens to fall during the time YOUR internet is slow? The release date is 10/22/09, there are 24hrs in a day. You can wait.

What a ridiculous reaction. Anytime on the 22nd is well within reason. Get a grip.

My step-daughter is doing MSc at Bournemouth, she does not have a university e-mail address, they use an internal e-mail system. She has applied for the Win7 upgrade as you can send a scan of your students union card. However this is not the case for the Office offer..anyone know how to deal with this problem please?

I have a few friends at bournemouth Uni also, they all seem to have the eligible email address for the deal I posted above. Generally the univerisity email addresses will be ......@ntu.ac.uk(this is an example of mine) what type of internal email system do they have?
