I am having trouble with "Diagnostic Policy Service" not running in Winows 7. I have tried to resolve by activating all the dependencies that it requires, but with no luck. Also, I would like to know what are the only services needed to run in a Home Network in a hotel room with a wireless network that has no security? Thank-you!

Based on the current situation, I suggest testing the issue in Clean Boot without Windows Firewall and security software running.
