Try disabling the Windows Error Reporting service: Press the Windows key + R to open a Run box. Type services.msc Press Enter. Scroll down to the Windows Error Reporting service. Double-click it, Stop it and Disable it.

Hi, I am the following problem with multiple pop-up recently, and cannot be removed. I am using Win 7 64-bit Home Premium edition. Another things to note are: 1) Change in Logo on Network Connection to show that there isn't any network connection but actually it does, and 2) whenever Control Panel is activated, the pop-up appear. Please help.
