Welcome Screen and Fast User Switching disabled
I have a problem getting the welcome screen and switching user accounts. I receive a message that "A recently installed program has disabled the Welcome screen and Fast User Switching . To restore these features , you must uninstall the program. The following file name might help you identify the program that made the change ; C:\WINDOWS\system32\BCMlogon.dll . Please help with this error. Thank YouAlso just a note; recently changed hard drives and reinstalled windows xp and many other programs. I have looked in windows and system32 and can find file but am afraid of removing without causing other programs to stop working. Please help.1 person got this answerI do too

BCMlogon.dll is part of the Wireless Network Logon Provider from Broadcom Corporation. Uninstalling or disabling the wireless configuration utility on your computer should fix the problem. You might be able to do it in Control Panel > Wireless Configuration by un-checking Let this tool manage your wireless networks .

I have this same problem. I went to control panel but do not find "Wireless Configuration". I do find "wireless network wizard". Where exactly do i find "wireless configuration"?
