Weirdest Win-8 toggle option?

Hello,

Recently I've reinstalled Win-8.1 Pro OS on an Dell XPS 12.

I've put a few programs like Firefox and Classic Shell and noticed that there's a weird toggle option on every single file, including desktop! It's really frustrating because you cannot look for files by their first letter when pressing the letter on keyboard, if you have something selected. I have no idea how to remove this toggle option. Any ideas?

It's in folder options, show checkbox to select or something like that, untick it to get rid and apply view to all folders.
