Weird handling of contacts

Hi,

I have upgraded to Skype for Business, but one of my contacts just have a question mark to it.

But when I go to find him, he's available.

When I try to delete the one with the question mark I get the following error: "Cannot add, remove, or move contacts or groups at this time. Please try again later."

If I try to add the contact from the search bar, it just highlights the one with the question icon. But if I click on the one with the question icon and the one that is available, it sees it as two different chats...

What is happening here and I how do I resolve this?
