Okay Im using windows 8

and It just suddenly went on this white screen layout aswell as when i restarted it went black (rather than white)

its also Zoomed in , Im not quite sure

Its different and annoying 

im not even sure whats happening 

is it the complex?

If you could boot into Windows Recovery Environment, try the startup repair there.

This issue seems to be related with the video driver update.

Regarding how to boot into Windows RE, please check:

Windows Startup Settings (including safe mode)
