This is a solution rather than a question. Yesterday I decided to download the Windows 10 technical Preview ISO as a VM for lab research. I Once I downloaded the ISO I searched my Downloads Folder and noticed I could not drag my ISO to my server lab folder. I did a little research and found if I right click the icon and hold down and press the ESC button, functionality for drag and drop restores. Not sure why it disabled in the first place but a neat little trick in case this happens to you.

There is no "legit" TP ISO.  You can "make" your own but where did you "get" the ISO?
