WebClient Disables when computer sleeps
I have several network folders pointing to sharepoint document locations. Every night, I put my computer into network lock (ctrl+alt+del >lock) and go home. Every morning, after I unlock my computer, my folders do not work. I get a WebDAV
error. I go into Services , and the Webclient is disabled. I set it to Automatic. But it's usually too late at that point. I have to reboot to get it all to work again.
I've tried the regedit fixes. no help.
Is there any fix for this? Basically, I have to reboot my computer EVERY MORNING!? I can't believe Microsoft would put out a product like this.
Thanks,
Matt
I'm running W7 32b.

Um....no, this is WEBDAV related...just because the network folder happens to be sharepoint doesn't mean it's a sharepoint issue.

Anyways, I found the problem. This is a company computer. Apparently, there was a "policy" that shut WebClient down.
