this is hardware, driver or codec issue

check at audio status at device manager to isolate hardware issue, try to reinstall audio driver to isolate driver issue, update audio driver to isolate weak sound issue, try with different audio files to isolate codec issue

If there is audio connection from PC to LCD screen try to isolate cable and port issue

try to using headset for testing purpose

Hi,

I infer it may be the driver issue from you state. If the issue occurred suddenly, please tell us what operations you did before the issue occurred.

You can first try the troubleshooter to solve the problem. Just open Control Panel > Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot audio playback.

If it doesnt work, you would better go to device manger, then right click the audio driver and click Update driver software. Also, you can download the latest driver from the official website and reinstalled it again.

Best Regards

Simon
