I'm having problem with shell32.dll,-21787 virus, and as what i've searched 

"Microsoft Fix it" can solve my problem  but when i tried install or even downloading on Microsoft shows:

"We're sorry, but your operating system is not supported by Microsoft Fix it at this time."

I'm using Windows 8.1.
it's impossible that its

not supported by "Microsoft Fix it"..

If so, the Fix-it is applicable for:

  • Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
  • Microsoft Windows XP Professional
