Hi all, can someone help please? I've got a Dell Latitude D630 (New) out the box. I've Upgraded from Vista Business to Enterprise and applied BitLocker according to the instructions from Microsoft and that appears to be working OK. Now, everytime I log on I get the following error message, as Admin or User: WavXDocMgr.exe - Application Error. Error Code (0xc01500002) Any help you can offer please. Mike.

Hi Mike, The error code(0xc01500002) indicated that the issue is due to application not initialized properly. Based on my research, the WavXDocMgr.exe is part of the software installed for the external Dell-branded fingerprint reader on my new Dell Laptop. It belongs to the EMBASSY Trust Suite by Wave Systems and was some sort of document manager. So I would like to suggest that uninstall or reinstall the application as a test. Hope it helps.
