I have an issue, of when I press the w key, the search charms bar comes up. Specifically as Search Settings. I don't know why or how I got this issue, but it is really annoying. I was in the middle of a game, I tried to walk forward and got tabbed out, I noticed the search bar was open. I tried again, I got tabbed out and it happened again.

Microsoft Support don't have any fixes, Some say hardware but before I buy a new computer I want to see if anyone on here knows, thanks.

Im using a laptop, I reset my settings. Cleaned under the keys and Refreshed the system.

Sounds like you've got a stuck key. Give the shift, Carl, windows etc keys a proper hard repeated tapping to un-stick the offending key.
