Hi,

I've already saw many things on the foruns, but I can't find anything that solves this.

A brand new PC was added to the domain. After that, it started to make all updates via Wsus.

But, the windows 8.1 update (2919355) that is already approved (automatically) in the Wsus it is not being delivered to this PC. This is happening in many new PC's.

Any idea? Shouldn't wsus deliver this as a normal SP for windows?

1. This update make pain for many people.

2. Look what error code is created (windowsupdate.log). Some hints are in

http://support2.microsoft.com/kb/2919355

3. Give a try to bypassing WSUS with downloaded Update (Windows Update Catalog)

4. Perhaps the WSUS would give you answer...

Sorry for not givingg the solution, but the problem is with some Dell computers. 

Dell needs to substitute the motherboard in order to do the update! Very strange...
