Basic question: Did you run WMI Explorer with elevated privileges?Assuming you have UAC at the default setting, you may need to do this. Right-click on the shortcut for the application and choose Run As Administrator.-Noel

Yes of course. Both screensoots do with same privileges on different computers. I'm not a newbie in this, be sure.

The root cause should be the WMI Explorer program. Is it compatible with Windows 7? You’d better download the latest version from Internet. You misunderstood. Problem not in WMI explorer. WMI information REALLY disappear. I try to write own program for read it. Nothing.
