WIndows 7 Ulitmate and Server 2003 Remote desktop problem
We have three server all running server 2003R1, I can open a terminal server session to two of these servers without a problem. On the third server (App3 ), while I can open a terminal server session it is like wading through treacle, very unresponsive. The laptop I am using did have Vista Business on it and while that was installed I could open a terminal server session to App3 without a problem. But since I installed Win7 Ultimate onto the laptop I have had this problem with our App3 server. I have many users that connect to the App3 server (via Terminal Server) without a problem (PC with XP or Win 2000 via RDP client and dumb terminals), it is only this laptop with Windows 7 that has the problem. I logon from various location, remote sites with WAN, local network to the servers and home ADSL via VPN but the unresponsiveness is always the same. Can anybody suggest where I should look. Tim

Hi, Does the issue occur on another Windows 7 machine? At this stage, please also try a Clean Boot and connect to the target server again for a test. Thanks, Novak
