We are trying to install OCE Publisher on a Win 7 64 bot Enterprise version. We can process files as local user, just not print. Loged into same device,, can process and print as an administrator. Is the Domain credentials that were given? I have adjusted the UAC, with no difference.

Hi, I would like to verify what kind of Administrator you logged in. Domain admin or local admin? What about domain user? Did you receive any error message? If the device are in domain network, the local user cannot pass the authentication to use domain device. Please login with domain user to check the result. In addition, please update the latest driver for printer. If possible, add local user into Power Users group. If the issue persists, please check if there is related log in Event Viewer.
