WINDOWS XP WON'T ALLOW ME TO DELETE PROFILES! PLEASE HELP!
I was trying to remove a couple unneeded accounts on my PC today and every time I clicked "delete account" in the user accounts Control Panel pane, it would say application not responding. I did some research and found another way to delete profiles through something called "computer management" in the "administrative tools" pane and the"computer management" option is not there. It is as if it has been deleted somehow. Please help!1 person needs an answerI do too

Now click on start, right click on my computer select manage. Under System tools go to "Local Users and Groups". Under Users section delete the usr accounts you want to. This will just delete their user accounts but not their data from your computer. If you want to even their profile information please follow below steps before deleting their user accounts.Click on Start. Right click on My Computer and select Properties. Now go to Advanced Tab. Under User profiles section select settings. Now select the account you want to delete. Let me know if that helped.ThanksDineshRegards Dinesh
