WINDOWS CONNOT CONNECT TH THE PRINTER WITH WINDOWS 8.1 PRO

Hello PRASHANT P CHAUHAN,
Do you mean that the Windows 8.1 cant add a printer?
Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories and run the printer troubleshooter.
Please use the command ping to check if you can normally connect to the printer.
