Hi, First, you need to make sure you have installed wireless adapter driver properly. http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?os=W732&catid=-1&dateid=-1&impid=-1&osl=EN&typeid=-1&formatid=-1&servicetag=&SystemID=VOS_N_1015&hidos=WW1&hidlang=EN&TabIndex=&scanSupported=True&scanConsent=False After that, go to Device Manager and make sure it works without any problem. If the issue persists, please reset the router and let me know what error message is received. Also, confirm the issue with Dell Forum. http://en.community.dell.com/?~ck=mn Note: Since the website is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice.
