WINDOWS 10 B10240.B10532: Folder does not refresh and views old file names sized at 0KB. Is it Windows 10 or Acrobat 11 at fault?

Windows 10 Folder will not refresh:

Either it is Windows 10 x64, B10240 and B10523, OR Acrobat 11 when using their 'Convert' button an Acrobat add-on in Internet Explorer 11. The associated Window Explorer folder lists existing and old now non-existing PDF files; the file list keeps expanding. The Convert button coverts a Web page to a PDF file. Typically I use the Desktop to store the PDF after conversion, and then either delete that file or move it to an alternate folder for archiving. On pressing the Convert button an Explorer Window appears which allow for renaming and selecting a folder to store the PDF. It is this window that is not refresh, and F5 has no effect also. The non-existing PDF files are sized as "0 KB" and the list is getting larger. At one point I actually had six real PDF's and the Explorer Windows listed and additional 75 files phantom PDF's.
