I attempted to open my email this morning and my password didn't work. I tried it over and over thinking I was losing my mind/forgetting a password to an account I have had since 1997. The scammers not only changed my password but set up two alternate email accounts so that any info I may try to use to reset my password will go to those accounts!! I don't have any sensitive info in my account but lots of stuff as you can imagine since I have had it so long.I am miffed that the process to address what these crooks did is no where to be found on MSN Hotmail or help boards. I had to open a new email account and now just hope that with the "20 Question" process will be able to retrieve my stuff from old account.1 person needs an answerI do too

Gee Steve, I went to all of those links you listed and then some. It is a fruitless loop (not the cereal!! Still got my sense of humor folks, even though I don't have my decade old email account back!) Tell me something I don't know, please. Or just tell everyone here that we are all wasting our time and yours, that there is NOTHING we can do to get our email back.I have photos stored, old emails from my deceased fiance. Now I don't have my sense of humor.................
