WAY too much memory take-up.
Recently, I've tried playing a PC game (Team Fortress 2, not really that hard to run spec-wise), but apparently there's too little memory to have it run, and it crashes. I looked inside the Task Manager, and I noticed that a LOT of memory is taken up as
"modified memory", which seems to rise, but very slowly. Any ideas on trying to clean this up, so I can start playing again? I use Windows 8.

a large number of modified memory is caused by older Broadcom Wifi drivers. Please update them to the most recent version (if you use a broadcom device). If you don't use it, post some details about your hardware specs.
