WAB Windows Address Book
So what is the replacement, or solution, to no WAB in Win 7?

There has not been a WAB since Windows XP, Address Book has been replaced by Windows Contacts, and Windows Live Essentials now contians Windows Mail (formerly Outlook Express).

Windows Mail (part of the Windows Live Essentials) also has a contacts system. : )

It is Windows Live Mail to not confuse with Windows Mail.
