W8.1 Hyper can't create gen2 vm's

You cal also try to run command:

sfc /scannow

Seems, like you have a .Net Problem.

You can search for following installed Updates:

KB2966826
KB2966827
KB2966828

and uninstall them. Try if it works, when not, reinstall .Net.

Another possibility is, that you have to disable USB 3.0 Support in BIOS for your Mainboard.

I cant give more tips based on those few Informations about your enviroment.

You uninstalled complete .Net Framework and installed it again?

You rebooted?

You Only answered to the KBs

.net uninstalled and installed

i also installed my Client completely new

i rebooted
