W7 x64 cannot see any other PCs in workgroup
Here's my situation: I need a LT running W7 x64 to see and connect to Windows Home Server. Network: 1 PC running XP SP3, Windows Home Server, LT running x64 W7 Home Premium, Konica network printer, all on workgroup. XP and WHS working fine. LT getting an IP address from Linksys router, can access internet. But it cannot see XP PC or WHS (not on network map). Attached to printer without problems. In Windows Explorer, clicking "Network" only shows LT, no other PCs. I've done all the obvious things: workgroup name correct, Network Discovery , File and Printer Sharing , and Public Folder Sharing are all set to "on" and Password Protected Sharing is set to "off". I connect a network share by mapping a drive to "\\<WHS_IP_address>\<share>", but this is not recommended. Any advice? Thanks, dpm

Please, Run CMD and then use the command ipconfig /all and tell us about your IP Address. Tell us about the addresses of the computer that you want to connect with. Alfredo Arizaleta Disclaimer: This posting is provided "AS IS" with no express or implied warranties or rights.
