Volume Mixer strange behavior
I have the Volume Mixer pinned to the taskbar. Every time I open it and make an adjustment, the dialog box stays up and won't go away, or sometimes I can't make any changes and I see an hourglass. Is anyone else experiencing this behavior? Thanks for your help!

Hi,When did this issue first occur? Did you install any software or device driver prior to this? Can you tell us the information of your PC, model, motherboard, sound card..? Better install the latest driver.I would suggest disable Aero first as a test. In case there is conflict with third party software, boot into clean boot to check the result.Clean Boot =============This method will disable loading program or service from start up to avoid conflict 1. Click "Start",and type "msconfig" (without the quotation marks) in the open box to start the System Configuration Utility. 2. Click the "Services" tab, check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box and click "Disable All" (if it is not gray). 3. Click the "Startup" tab, click "Disable All" and click "OK". 4. Click "OK" to restart your computer to Selective Startup environment. 5. When the "System Configuration Utility" window appears, please check the "Don't show this message or launch the System Configuration Utility when Windows starts" box and click OK.6. Check whether or not the issue still appears in this environment.
