Sound disabled says error status0xc0000020 Volume Mixer: Snd Vol.exe bad image please help?

Right click on Command prompt and then Run as Administrator at the bottom of the screen.
Type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
Let that run to completion.

If that doesn't help the problem, try a Refresh again, see if it completes this time.

What do you mean about the sentence Snd Vol.exe bad image?

Please take the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories and run Playing Audio troubleshooter.
2. Go to the manufacturer website and update the audio driver.
