Does win 7 have vistas switch window view where all open windows show up on the desktop as slanted images?

Yes. It works the same as in Vista. However, you must have a supported graphics card with the appropriate drivers installed. After you have done that, you may need to right-click the desktop and select Personalize. Click one of the themes that appears to show the translucent windows. Once you do that, you will have Aero up and running. To do the desktop flip, hold down the Windows key (between <CTL> and <ALT>) and hit tab.
