My vista desktop has been working fine for a year and recently I can't get on the internet. My static ip info won't stick. Or bits of the info keep going going blank such as the default gateway. It's just my desktop connected to my modem. No router. No connection problems from my isp to me. Far as I can tell no viruses. I've tried turning off my kapersky firewall and nothing helps.
