Vista administrator rights/ user account control
I am the administrator to my windows vista X64 bit version home premium. I would like to set up my OS where I would like to stop receiving notices that gives permission for programs to run and the administrator rights are booted up during the boot up process. I would like to do this without disabling the User account control. How is this possible?

I haven’t tried this but I have been assured it works: You don’t have to turn UAC off, you can stop the prompt without UAC losing its security strengths, click the Windows Orb (Start), type regedit, press Enter and in the left pane navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System and change the value of ConsentPromptBehaviorAdmin to 0 (zero) from 2.
