Hello, i've already spend hours of trying to get this working, but it just won't. I have set up a incoming vpn connection on my vista32 ultimate SP2 PC. I opened Ports TCP 1723 + GRE 47 in my Router and Firewall. (Even disabled the firewall for testing, did not work) The connection itself can be established and even works for games e.g., but no Client (not vista, not xp) can access my shares via \\lan_ip\sharename. (Sorry I don't have any exact error message about this, the connecting friend forgot to tell me, I just remember something about host cannot be reached or something like that) I created new shares for the vpn user, adding user to the share's priviledges. If i try to access the share from another computer from inside the lan, every share works just fine. I tried enabling netbios, but this also did not work, so i disabled it again. Did i miss something important here? I am kinda lost, after reading about 100 different Forums and Posts i am still nowhere near a Solution.
