As with all replies on this board, nobody even tried to give you a useful answer. I'm an extremely experienced repair person, and you won't like the answer. Vista is broken. It cannot be repaired. If Microsoft (or Apple, for that matter,) were ever held accountable for all the worthless products they have sold, they would be out of business.
